Church Properties Land and More is committed to providing personalized and professional service to each of our clients. We offer a full detour of the property for our new potential tenants and during this time we can answer any detailed questions or go over property markings. We pride ourselves in sustaining a healthy and prosperous wildlife habitat and in planting vegetation which is grown throughout the property. We take caution in practicing wise and logical hunting methods and honor a point system to allow for growth and maturity.
We have all the necessities to utilize the property in many different ways whether it be snow shoeing or hiking, hunting or trapping or a simple and rustic getaway in the north woods, we have you covered!
SXS and snowmobilers are welcome and we have extra space for RV/Campers, trailers or enclosures with power and WIFI included.
Safety is something we take serious and believe that one individual per 40 acre parcel is sufficient. We try to lease in groups of two, three max with our “Seasoned Vet“ package being most popular.
Prices are dependent on your specific lease agreement which go in depth on timeframes, intended use, number of occupants and with or without lodging.

We strive for repeat business and have had an awesome return rate and enjoy building strong relationships along the way.
As a kiddo I had always watched my Father work from sun up to sun down, he worked seven days a week and there was no quit until the job was done or us kids had practice or a game then it was acceptable to work around it, not take off early. He raised us kids to be highly resilient, fully capable and honest even in the toughest of situations. Church Properties is a composed of generations of honest folks who have always had an extreme sense of pride in an honest way of making a living. I have gained so much knowledge from a great set of examples within Church family that just isn’t taught now days in or outside of classroom. From each red pine you see to that old bucket sitting back behind the pond, there is a story to go with it and that much wisdom can come from just taking the time to listen. I opened Church Properties to offer that same sort of clarity and decompression, to you. This is where you leave your worries behind and recharge. I believe keeping up in today’s society is challenging and if there is one place where one can go to collect their thoughts and “get back to the basics,” it would be here.
